I want to really thank reward laundry for making my daughter’s day. Her favorite Kimono was badly stained by the imprints of another jacket and they were able to be removed by reward laundry. They really did an excellent and fantastic job. I am very pleased with their excellent customer service and prompt updates. A big shout out to the management and staff of reward laundry!!!! Highly recommended to all.

Service provided was excellent as they were quick to respond to any queries and gave timely updates and advice on the clothing sent in. The delivery person was also very accommodating. I had a miscalculation of the number of suits sent in and when he delivered the already dry cleaned suits he was willing to pick up and send in just that one more suit. It was nice of him to do so without any extra charges and just for 1 more suit. Thank you so much!

This is my 2nd time using Reward Laundry for dry cleaning and alterations and they’ve done a good job both times. The prices are comparable with other places around my neighborhood and it’s farther for me to travel to get to, but def worth it.

Reward laundry was very prompt in responding to my order and had great flexibility to accommodate to my special requests. The driver engaged was very efficient and professional. Overall, the service provided was good and the whole process was seamless and efficient.
