Absolutely, we are happy to work around any time preferences you may have. If you would like us to arrive at or near a specific time, speak to our customer officer during appointment confirmation process. We will try our best to fit to your schedule.

We collect and deliver Monday – Saturday (10am – 6pm)
If you are not available during our delivery window, you can give us instruction to designate where you would like your order to be left. Please note that we do require a Release of Liability in order to enable the Pocket Laundry to drop items at your doorstep.
Yes. we are able to deliver to different address as long as it’s one pickup and one drop off addresses. Just make a remark to our staff during pickup for this special arrangement.
No. The fees you pay is the fees you see on our price list.
Any additional item will be charged individual price. Please refer to our price list here.
If you have less item than the package you purchased, please take note that the package amount is non refundable.
Dry Cleaning Service
We are using environmental friendly detergent imported directly from Australia. Enjoy a peace of mind to clean your family’s clothing with us!
Don’t worry. Our experience staff will be able to assist you during pickup. First checking will be done on the spot during collection and the factory will perform second level checking as well to ensure everything is handled with the correct cleaning instruction.
We inspect your order multiple times before cleaning to identify and treat stains. However, it is very useful for our staff to know the source and age of each stain, the treatment will vary by the type of stain and the fabric material. you may let us know during pickup or else our staff will notify you during our checking process.
Please take note that Pocket Laundry will not guarantee 100% removal of every stains, however we will try our best to impress you!
We are using lukewarm water temperature (<40C) for the best of your garments. Drying process is done at low temperature setting.
Absolutely! We actually encourage customers to use our folding service to reduce the use of plastic hangers.
Yes, you may return our hangers during the next laundry pick up.
We are using steam ironing technology only in our factory.
Our ironing service hence ensure no burning and shining marks.
That will be great. Let our customer service know you preference. We are able to collect and return your garments at a fix schedule weekly.
Yes. Our staff is trained to be able to attend to your request in details.
Wash & Fold
Yes, we ask that you separate your light and dark colours laundry if you would like us to wash them separately prior to our collection staff arrival.
If colour fading is your concern we will strongly recommend you to separate them.
Please take note that wash and fold is treated as load by load basis and we are unable to check each and every pieces due to hygiene concern.
A separated load will be charged and process as a separated order.
Pocket Laundry is unable to ensure no colour fading for load wash order.
Your wash & fold laundry will be folded and packed into a cube block. This is perfect for you to easily store your clothes into wardrobe or luggage once you received them.
We advise our customer to check every piece of your garments before sending for load wash. As we are handling load wash by load basis, we are unable to check each and every piece of garments due to hygiene reason.
Please check all pockets and remove any detachable ornament from you clothing prior to our arrival.
- Picking Up
Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a SMS reminder on the appointment day. Our staff will also give you a call 15min before arrival.
We will provide clean laundry bag to place your garments, if you could, prior to our arrival, separate your clothes for dry cleaning and laundry accordingly.
You will be given a manual receipt stating the collection and return date. You may arrange return timing with us on the spot.
If you have any special request, inform our collection staff. We do provide extra services such as repair, zipper replacement, leather care and wedding gown preservation.
- Cleaning Process
After pick up, your clothes will be sent to our factory for central processing.
Our factory staff will perform second level checking. You will be notified if we found any stains, damages, or defects that was not told at this stage.
Each garment is being sent to different department for different washing requirements.
- Returning Your Order
We will delivery your order to your door as per agreed date and time. In the event you would like to change the return timing of your order, please give us a call.
We will immediately locate our team of drivers if you have a last minutes request. If your location is nearby one of our staff, we could process an immediate pick up for you. Otherwise, please book at least 1 day in advance to avoid disappointment.
Yes we do. We require a minimum $100 order for Sentosa delivery.
